         <title>Chapter Summary</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are three ways to started with your plan. The three ways are Making a Start, Get Educated, and Monitoring Your Health Goals. The first one is Making a Start. There are many things that you need to know before making your goal. You need to know all about your health and your families health, "Like all goal setting, the first step in the process is to evaluate your current situation regarding your health and then ask your self what you really want to achieve" (Implementing and Monitoring a Plan, 8). If you know about your health right now it can help reduce many risks in the future. The next way is to be Educated. You want to know the relationship between your health and your goal. You should research information before starting, "Like all good goals, you need to research the goal before you commit to it and to enable you to prepare suitable Action Plans for achieving it" (Implementing and Monitoring a Plan, 9). You can't know everything about your goal but you should at least know the basics of your goal. The last way is Monitoring Your Health Goals. You should set specific time frames that will match your goal. Time frame are the basis to a good goal, "Setting suitable time frames for action items and goal completion is critical for achieving goal setting success"  (Implementing and Monitoring a Plan, 9). A suitable time frame is like lose 1 pound a week and not I want to lose all ten pounds in 1 week. This  could cause health problems, if you try to over do it. These are strategies that you can think about while setting a personal goal. It will be a good, achievable goal when you know what kind of health that you are in, you make an effort to be educated about it, and you work within a time frame that is suitable for your situation.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Health Situation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My neighbor wanted to lose weight and get fit at the same time. She saw her doctor and realized that she was a little over weight but not enough to hurt her. She knows her families health history and she knew what kind of health she was in. She then made a plan to work out to loose weight and get into shape. She planned it out in a time frame where in a year she would meet her goal of loosing 10 pounds and be fit doing it. She planned to eat right and workout at least an hour every morning. She reached her goal and now she continues with her healthy habits by eating healthy everyday and working out every morning. What makes her health situation good is that she accomplished everything that was stated in this section. She knew all about her health and her families health background. She also was educated on her situation, by knowing what kind of meals were considered healthy and how many hours a day she should work out to reach her goal. Finally, she set a time frame and was so motivated that she did reach her goal in the end of that year.</div>]]></description>
