External expiration sites are between the capillaries and the cells in tissues, this also moves along the pressure gradient to aid aerobic respiration.</div>]]></description>

Decreased VO2 max, aerobic capacity, intensity and duration of aerobic performance before fatigue. This can lead&nbsp; hypoxia body deprived of O2 transport for tissue.</div>]]></description>
