I hope it all went well with your presentation at work. But actually I am reaching you because as you know I started living by myself last month and I am in need of advice for washing my clothes. Sorry for my hurry Ana really, but I don't think I am able to make you understand how bad I am with domestic chores (especially doing my laundry).

I don't have even a single white piece of cloth anymore, I mixed all of them with my jeans in the washing machine. Seriously, I already stuffed my apartment with soap foam after putting too much washing powder in my clothes. How should I know that this would happen after just a quick nap in my couch (Let's pretend that was a short one please! Four hours of sleep pass so fast it's just like closing and opening your eyes).

Ana as my closest friend you need to help me. I can't stand this situation any longer. I know that you are a pro at doing your laundry. Didn't you learn during your exchange in the US? I think so but I am not sure. So what do you think of coming home? You can teach me the basics and we can do our wine night and celebrate your successful presentation at work.

How are you doing?

First of all, congrats about you presentation at your class, I heard you nailed it (I used to be so nervous in college with this group work presentation haha).

So, I’m writting cause I need an advice about something. I want to buy a law book for my brother for his birthday, but I have no clue where I could look for it. Do you think Amazon is a good place for searching? Or do you think a specialized publisher would be better? If helps, he works as a tax lawyer, but that is the most I know about his job.

By the way, do you know the average prizes for this type of book? I want to give him a good gift, but I can’t afford to much right now.

How are you doing?

Sorry for bothering you with this e-mail. I know you are already too busy with university stuff, but I really want your help about something – it`s kind of urgent!

Yesterday I was doing a really important assignment and my laptop, out of the blue, stopped working. The screen just got dark and I can´t see anything. The computer keyboard don´t work neither. And believe I´ve already tried everything to fix it. 

I`m worried about it because the deadline for my task is today so I don`t have time to take the computer for technical assistance (and these things are pretty expensive). Also I can´t use another computer cause all information that I need to do the assignment is saved on my laptop. 

As you are expert when it comes to electronic things I was wondering if you can help me out. Do you have any tips of what I should do? 

It would be amazing if I could leave the laptop for you give a look at it. 

By the way, congrats on the paper you published last week (you nailed it!).

Sorry to interrupt you on your job, but I've a question about it - I've been wanting to send it for a long time, actually, since the beginning of the course - I want your advice about a flight ticket.

I bought a flight ticket before the begin of the pandemic. The thing is, the date of the flight is in pandemic, and I didn't get a refund from the company.
