Ethnicity- This goes hand in hand with culture. concept of time- I feel I have a good concept of time. I have to balance a lot at work and with my personal life.  My time management skills are good.
personal space- I  do not mind people getting in my personal space. However, I do like my space. I am kinda 50/50. In life you have to be almost 50/50.
nonverbal communication- In my life I am good about using non verbal skills. I do not have to communicate with words.
concept of beauty- This is one I had to pick! I have found that through the years the saying it does not matter what is on the outside but on the inside that counts. This is so true. As I get older I find this to be 100 right.
nature of friendships- Friendship means a lot to me. I value my friendships I have. I have some friends whom I have been friends with since preschool. I also have new friends. Being a good friend means a lot to me. I think it is because I seek that in return.
Step 2:
Patterns of group decision-making-
I am a teacher and I also supervise the staff I over see at my center. I have to use a lot of decision making as a group in our staff meetings.
Physical tolerance- I do not feel I have to endure physical pain much while at work. However, my job is physically demanding with 34 preschoolers all day long. But it is more emotionally and mentally demanding.
Preferences for competition- I do not feel at work I am competitive. But I do like to do my very best. I do not like failing at something. I am my worst enemy when it to comes to being too hard on myself.

2. Evaluating People vs. Their Education
Both of these I think goes together. These both can be a reason of a persons culture or social group they belong to. This also plays a role in a persons professional life.
