One of my favorite sports is Taekwondo. My experience in taekwondo was a bit hard but, I made new friends and learned basic moves. It was a fun sport. I have many supporters in life but the greatest supporter is none other than my mom.

These media affect my lifestyles, aspirations, attitudes, and behavior in a way that can help me compile and monitor my daily activities, update current issues on what is happening every day, and get relevant information needed in my day-to-day life. Media is both healthy and unhealthy. It is healthy because it allows us to share our life experiences with our family, and friends. We can also learn new things on social media and make friends. It can be unhealthy in the way that the media are used by others to spread fake news, cyberbullying, and scamming. Some people are using it for illegal activities.

Surfing in Siargao is one of my favorite activities to do there. I would love to go back to Siargao to surf again. I found an interest in surfing and planning to train in summer break.
