My advise is :

1. adrian should stop using credit cards and ATO for his essentials and start spend wisely to reduce the spending.

2. sell his van that worh $6,000 and buy a cheap one so that the money can be used to start a new business. He need to get income because he got a lot of debt to pay.

3. move to cheap house to cut his cost.
