Taking this photograph and applying the rule of thirds we could observe first the middle part (part 2) in which there is a child writing in his notebook, sitting on the ground.
Then looking the first part (at the left) we can see many children studying on the ground in the outdoors. This first part give us the chance to realized that they are in the school and that they don't have any classroom, they learn sitting on the ground with the scarce resources they have.
By looking the third part we can see and adult sitting in front of the children, we can suppose that he is the teacher. He hasn't got any board, desk or book.
Looking at the three parts we analyze how inequal and different the education is in that place if we compare it with ours. They don't have a building, desks and chairs, books which are relevant tools to schools.

“Walking in my shoes” is a programme designed to teach children how to be respectful and inclusive of all children with medical conditions, developmental challenges, or learning differences. Through increasing knowledge, shifting perspectives and inspiring action, this programme fosters an empathy-building environment.

https://www.walkinmyshoesprogram.org/

This program offers interactive activities designed to provide a school order to foster and encourage children to be in a fruitful environment.

The program cost for the whole year (2021-2022) is $300 and it includes an implementation guide, a set of activity descriptions, scripts, and worksheets, a 30-minutes virtual planning meeting with organizers and also a 60-minutes virtual training for the school volunteers and teachers who will lead the activities.

We find this programme interesting because it is a useful way to promote inclusion among children and encourage them to be respectful of other disabilities or learning differences.

One way to promote inclusiveness at school in our country should be the following:

By eliminating fluorescent lighting, loud noises, and clutter in the classroom.

By creating an inclusive environment for children with mobility challenges, for example children who are moving by wheelchair or with crutches.

By encouraging students’ interaction through different methods, such as icebreakers, group works, etc.

Taking Dorothy Hearthcore quote “I must first attract their attention. If I have their attention, I can gain their involvement. Then I have a chance for their investment and from that their concern. If I have their concern I have hope for their obsession”.

We can promote inclusion by giving SEN students the chance to participate in group interaction, games and group work.

For example: we can use visual tools as a medium to attract the learner's attention by analyzing every detail such as colour and size to guess what they are watching. The analysis gives them the chance to use imagination and previous knowledge and it’s a great opportunity to open the channel to all the participants.

According to Dexter, Ellis and Simms “They motivate most learners and in many cases give visual clues to the accompanying text. This is helpful to all learners, especially those who have a strong visual memory; illustrations also break up text into more manageable chunks”.

We also think that all the resources that include senses promote curiosity and motivation to SEN students.

The Argentinian Educational System promotes inclusion by encouraging educators and students to work hard to be part of an inclusive society, providing to schools a series of training sessions to educators to work the criteria of inclusive education such as diversity, teamwork and human rights.

This short video involves all the viewers into this fantastic story. It is a true story about how a SEN child was included in the playground by his classmates. It is very interesting the way in which it constrats the child's desire and the reality and how the other children see him.
It make us reflect on how we behave in these cases. It opens our eyes with emphaty and makes us understand which is the real problem: we draw lines, we draw inequalities by excluding people who is different from us.
