space on 7th floor (the one we used )

rooms on 6th floor without tables or even tables in the college that has an open space and doesnt have tables

lecture theatre

drama rooms on the 8-10th floor

there was locations outside of the college but i didnt think they would have suited them

so confirmed the location with kevin to book the 7th floor

the production meeting was changed to the rehearsal date due to the fact that briagh wanted to spend the whole day doing the editing rather than let a 10 min production meeting happen

10am-11am- put mircophones on actors and made sure their levels were okay and also checked that sound was ok due to people passing

11am-12 recorded sound of actors and finished production and pujt everything away

12-12:30 - put the equipment in the classroom to be picked up and checked with briagh if i had to stay she let me go

10am-11am put the clips together and made sure there was no problems and also made sure we had the correct sound for the jail cell opening

11-11:30 - had problems with the edit as bits seem to be cut so had to get kevin to help me again

11am-12pm once the footage was together i saved it and transfered it to my sound editor so he could make the changes to the sound he had to and left

All crew present

had all crew say who they were

had a rehearsal of the production where i spoke to the camera person about what shots i will use

spoke to the location person  and he told me that there was no location so briagh advised to look at location so went around college for location after meeting and was told we cant use the space we had

asked actors if they had a suit and they do but i advised the crew to bring suit and ties into the college with them

spoke to the production crew about paperwork and one cant get done to the location has been confirmed

had another rehearsal of the prodcution and let the crew and actors go

meeting ended at 10

9:00-Crew arrives to get the shoot ready and set up in the studio while we wait for the actors to arrive

9:53 Actors/ make up people arrive and set up for the production we were making

1000- i started the shoot there was no problem with the footage and there wasn't many mistakes so i didn't have to shoot many multiple shot

1139- i finished shoot and got the equipment packed up and put in the studio back into the way i found it

12- i exported footage and sound there was no problems exporting the footage and check it over when it transferred

there was problems that did arrise like one of the actors being ill and when putting the camera away it was put on wrong so taking it off was an issue

there wasnt any problems transferring the footage and when looking at the footage i dont see anything that could have been fixed

8:00-8:30 set up in the edit room tried to use the media composer but had issues getting in so had to wait till half 8 to ask for Kevin help to fix the system

8:30-9:00 Kevin fixed the system and I transferred the footage and sound and auto sync them together once done that looked through the footage and picked what I thought was the best for the export

9:00-10:00 I put the footage together following the brief of the video and made sure there was no cuts and no problems from the footage

10:00-11:00 once I had finished the copy of the video I transferred it to Callum hard rive and made sure it was okay and the footage was working once I did that I spoke to the other team to make sure they were ok
