He speaks in a very informal style and I think he does this because it makes the audience feel like he is speaking directly to them and it gives off a very relaxed vibe. He comes across as very down to earth when he is speaking to Rita Ora and also when he rings up the audience member. It all seems a bit fake and put on whereas Nick is chatty and more enthusiastic with the way he comes across when he talks. The topics of conversations are also really different. On Nick Grimshaw's show they speak about random topics and also discuss the brit awards from the night before and how they all got drunk whereas on absolute radio she is just interviewing him and you get lost a bit about what they are discussing because of how boring and slow it is. Nick Grimshaw has more of an accent as he is originally from Manchester/ Oldham but recently moved to London for his radio job.
