This year our school also joined the celebration of Earth Day. Within the frameworks of eTwinning online events “Happy Earth Day” and “Celebrate Earth Day” I initiated organizing a school event “Save the Earth”. The pupils spoke about the negative results of the man’s activities on our Earth, presented their ideas what a man can do to reduce his negative impact on the earth, and presented what each of them can do in their daily life to reduce their footprint on the planet. The pupils also made some things from the rubbish. As an end of celebration, the pupils of the school cleaned the school territory and the adjacent territory from rubbish, planted some flowers and promised to be gentle to our Earth.
