I think we should have one PD day and one work in our rooms day. Save the new learning for when we get into our classrooms and know the students that we are teaching. Here's what I got:
1.)A PD where there's time to meet with other departments for cross curricular planning.
2.)For school-wide or district-wide PD have a focused presentation but then time in departments or individually so that there can be work on how that looks in a specific type of classroom
3.)The focus on hard topics such as racism was appreciated, and more PD would be helpful.
4.) EdCamp PDs are highly valued, and the instructional pathways committee has emphasized that this is their current focus.
5.) A PD on specific things we can do for social/emotional development would be appreciated
6.) The wellness fair/focus on teacher wellness is missed.
7.) Some inspirational speaker could be useful.
8.) Opportunities to seek individual PD paid for by the district are important. For teachers in specialized fields, the district-wide PDs are not as helpful as something more targeted.
9.) PD about building an inclusive school culture would be helpful.
10.) Curriculum work with colleagues is essential PD
11.) TEAM training for new teacher mentors might be something worth investing in
13.) Science could use a professionally run PD on lab safety and best practice.

Summary: Teachers seem to be looking for opportunities to work on developing solutions specific to their classrooms. They value interactions with colleagues and EdCamp style PDs because they see their colleagues as experts on their shared students.
There's also a lot of requests for opportunities to obtain specific training relevant to certain classrooms. The most desired building-wide PD seems to be about issues affecting school climate where the entire faculty needs to collaborate.

PLC time to review and modify curriculum.  Many of us were in different phases.
Edcamp set up: so we can master some of the skills we learned this year and a real chance to share them with each other.
I would assume next year should include some work with the equity audit
Science could possible use some NGSS PD
