    The characteristic that I possess that belongs to a entrepreneur is being Committed, willing to take risk , willing to learn and listen and specially

Entrepreneurs are not easily defeated.

      The characteristics of an effective Entrepreneur are innovative in terms of inovating new products and services,flexible, passionate in their choosen business  and i think this one is considered as major characteristic of a an entrepreneur to make his business successful,  smart in handling capitals and distribution of assets.  

         All of the characteristics of a Manager and Entrepreneur that mentioned above are the characteristics that i want to posses in the near future, as a future manager of a most  trusted bank and knowledgeable entrepreneur who opt to innovate new products and services and i am still working on it.

Entrepreneur starts with an idea. To be successful, you need think new techniques for the improvement of the business

Entrepreneurs are very goal-oriented and know exactly what they want. They set their goals and everything they do is aimed at achieving those goals.

Entrepreneur are flexible in any work they do for the business, they can be bookkeeper, cashier, advertiser, etc.

Entrepreneur are resourceful enough to solve any conflict they are facing.They know how to solve problems effectively.

Decisive

Entrepreneur are risk takers. Entrepreneurs know what needs to be done and don't hesitate to make the decisions that will lead them to success. They don't let opportunities pass them by; instead, they seize the day and get the job done.

Leadership

A manager can be able to lead his/her employees in an efficient manner. A lot of responsibility comes with being a manager, and being able to lead a team is required.

Communication

Being able to communicate with your team is required when being an effective manager.Listening to your team and working with them to produce results within their position.

Knowledge

Experience as a manager is a must but so is knowledge beacuse it will help to lead the team or an organisation.

Organization

Manager must do the organise because she/he will be able to know the prioritise he/she will make.

Time Management

Time management is also important when it comes to prioritizing your day, making sure you have time to communicate with your employees, and accomplishing goals throughout the week. 

Reliability

A manager that is leading a team has to be reliable. This means being available for your employees, getting things done that you said you would, and supporting your team. Relationship with your team is very important for us the work would be done effectively.

Being a leader often means having to face difficulties on your own, and that is not a strength given to everyone. For me the ability of a manager that possesses me is "Showing leadership and inspiring others." Leadership is the ability to influence and guide a group toward a common goal, while entertaining a relationship of mutual trust. For a manager, this also means being in charge, taking command, having vision, encouraging employee engagement and motivation, all the while obtaining the collaboration of a group with the main objective in mind.
To be a successful entrepreneur is being persistence, so i'll consider persistence one of my characteristics that an entrepreneur has. Persistence is the most basic and essential quality of a successful entrepreneur because even good entrepreneurs experience failures and hurdles. But with persistence, you’re able to pick yourself back up and keep moving towards your goals.
I know being an entrepreneur is not that easy, but if we have perseverance we can do the impossible and perseverance is the only key to take us to the finish line.

   As a manager, must be more sophisticated as strategist and mentors. A manager job involves much more than simple care taking in a large organization. Unless the organization are able to attract, train, motivate, retain, and promote good people that they cannot possibly hope to gain advantage over the competition. Thus, as a manager  must constantly act as mentor's in organization with promise and potential, which I say and have this qualities as a manager.
    The entrepreneur role is gaining importance, success in entrepreneurship isn't just about your idea or your money. Plenty of people have interesting ideas and they never quite manage to find success in their ventures. As an entrepreneur, I take a step back and evaluate with or without I have the following characteristics, such as self motivation, understand what you offer, Take risk, know how to network, Basic money management skills and knowledge, flexibility, and lastly passion. Because as you consider this characteristics, think about how  to be better develop then to you becomes a better entrepreneur.

 Now, for being an entrepreneur, I also have this persuasiveness characteristic. I am also a risk taker into things that I know brings me good result. And I always have vision, I always keep an eye on the bigger picture. I am versatile which can adapt to the changes in the workforce or in the industry in which I know comes very handy when managing a business. And I always have this sense of responsibility.

Being a manager is not an easy task, it is complicated. You have to consider a lot of things. The characteristic that I possess that belongs to a manager is that I can resolve conflicts, transparent, achiever, can make decisions, can listen effectively, and communicate clearly. Not everyone is a born leader, but being aware and working hard at them is certainly a key to step towards developing that skills. The characteristic that I possess that belongs to an entrepreneur is that I have self-motivation, a risk-taker, can plan and organize well, patient, flexible, passionate, and can handle the pressure. As I consider this as my characteristics I will think a way on how to develop these skills to help me become a better entrepreneur.

Maybe it is a common characteristic I can be both a manager and an entrepreneur, thus some of those characteristics maybe need to enhance or to discover. In the future, I don’t other people to handle my business because I can do it myself.
