I knew you would be missed when you left, but I couldn't have begun to imagine just how much. The support you offered your staff was commendable. Throughout the pandemic, you were the leader we truly needed, allowing us the autonomy to be the professionals we are, while going the extra mile to meet the kids' and families' needs and to make things easier on your staff.

When you recently told me I "care too much," my immediate thought was that it takes a similar person to identify that trait in others.
