Assuring the parents that the school will handle the coach</div><div>2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Mr Pang should speak separately to Samuel first to address his behavior- shaming and poor sportsmanship&nbsp;</div><div>3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Mr Pang should address the coach separately to reiterate the use of positive language during training.
