Hi mates! I’m Karmele Blanco, a
primary school teacher from the
Basque Country in the North of Spain.

I love teaching and I have been doing it for more than 20 years. I used to teach English but nowadays I’m a class teacher. I discovered eTwinning 4 years ago, when I arrived to Zarautz’s Orokieta Herri Eskola school. They had a big experience in eTwinning and the head-teacher is an eTwinning ambassador, a fact that has been a great chance for me.

I’m taking part in an Erasmus+ project, and I have just received a quzlity label for my previous eTwinning project "Feel the library". I must say that I’m learning a lot.

Being an educator is something I really love and I'm really concerned with the transformational movement.

We have used digital education tools in our lessons for two years. With this project, I am thinking of establishing international cooperation and improving at EU level.

Our cadets are between 14 and 18 years old and study all the subject matters included in the civilian curriculum for vocational scholls specialized in Maths and Computer Science. I was born in Gaziantep in 1986 and now I am working as vice manager in Gaziantep.My branch is mathematics and I worked as a middle school mathematics teacher in Şanlıurfa and Kahramanmaraş.I am open to learning, innovation and discovery. In the 2017-2018 academic year, I opened a 3-day long touch math and intelligence games exhibition in Gaziantep M1 AVM, and perhaps such a comprehensive exhibition was never held in any other public school. I attended continuous trainings to improve myself.
