         <description><![CDATA[<p>1)  Establish clear goals and visions by recruiting diverse members. this can be achieved through PD and having a collaborative leadership team that is transparent in their decisions by using information from all stake holders including the community. </p><p><br/></p><p>2) Be sure to practice equity by looking at the multiple perspectives of all, and allowing honesty through collecting data by means of anonymous surveys. Set checkpoints for surveys periodically to collect data over time that ensures proper equity practices. </p>]]></description>
