  • Time slots are not well connected with the time of students (out is 12pm and 6:30pm)- Sched is 4pm and 6pm- plaza

  • Food for serve team- would be good if a portion cheque and a portion cash (for flexy way to choose food option)

  • While some of the program was good and good like the special no, and games. It is better if games would start the program as an ice breaker for new people for outreach.

  • While it's good there are MSD- it's kinda hard to connect them since they are from places that is far from munti (but it's still good since we know it's God who allowed them to be there)

  • Planning ahead of time the specific per task/things to be done and who will lead per cm then, after per roles that a serve team can help lead

  • Specific time sched the meetings that was needed to plan, (logistic, budget, creatives, program)- Also, there should be follow up meet. (these are meeting for cms first before with staff. specially there are multiple locations, some discussions can't be done in 1 sit

  • Pooling of Serve teams ahead of time and equipping them (music, comms, creatives, new exhorters, tech and etc.)

  • Sticking to main objective and the sched if it can be done.
