It got really challenging to have a virtual class and form relationships through Teams but eventually we were able to get past it a little bit using 1 on 1s

I really enjoyed Fall training 2019. I learned the most during that training and got to learn SO much from the rest of my group <3

When my uncle passed and my students were SO there for me and they also were so appreciative of me that semester as we also went online due to covid halfway through and gave me a 4.0

we were such a tight knit community and it was impossible for cliques to form and we were all friends as well as coworkers

How hard it was to get students to participate during online LCs. It was also very hard to build relationships with students.

My LC this year has taught me a lot. They have shown me how to be more creative with lesson plans and that you should always have fun!

Freshmen actually look up to you (peer leader) and want advice from you. They are nervous about college and will not be afraid to ask you questions!
