         <description><![CDATA[<div>During mid August and July japan has a festival believing that our ancestors come back to earth for a day and spend time around loved ones.&nbsp;while this goes on you're able to find all kind of food carts ranging from only 7 dollars at most from fair food to street food and even traditional Japanese dishes. </div>]]></description>
