Should the government increase environmental regulations to prevent climate change?

Climate change has become a prominent issue stirring controversy in today's politics. Climate change is an increase in the worlds temperature through out the years. Climate scientists agree that the cause of this is due to the "greenhouse effect": the trapping of the sun's warmth in the lower atmosphere of the planet. Human activities such as burning fossil fuels, agriculture, and land clearing increase the greenhouse gases; therefore enhancing the greenhouse effect and causing temperatures to rise. A Carbon Tracker study in 2015 found that companies who still use fossil fuels risk wasting $2tn that could be worthless because of the advancement of renewable energy. We should be more focused on increasing environmental regulations to prevent climate change from getting worse. Us as humans have the responsibility to take care of the earth and help protect it from big corporations from destroying it.
Poll Results from All:

Yes 62%

No 38%

Results from Democrats:

Yes 93%

No 7%

Results from Republicans:

Yes 32%

No 68%

The picture below shows the Earth's temperature in 2018.
Should the government regulate the prices of life-saving drugs?

The drug market in the U.S does not regulate prices for drugs, so once a new drug is FDA approved they can set the price to what they want and sell it on the market. Americans spend way more money on prescription drugs than any other developed country. Uninsured Americans are likely to skip a prescription because the cost of them. In my opinion I believe that the U.S should do more to regulate life-saving drugs so that everyone from every income can afford them. Other developed countries have free healthcare or more affordable prescription drugs. Why can't the U.S do the same?
Poll Results from All:

Yes 67%

No 33%

Results from Democrats:

Yes 74%

No 26%

Results from Republicans:

Yes 55%

No 45%

The graph below shows the amount of money we spend on the same prescription drugs in the U.S compared to other countries.

Article Links: https://www.vox.com/science-and-health/2016/11/30/12945756/prescription-drug-prices-explained
https://www.cnbc.com/2019/01/10/why-prescription-drugs-in-the-us-cost-so-much.html
https://journalofethics.ama-assn.org/article/setting-fair-prices-life-saving-drugs/2007-01

Should the government continue to fund Planned Parenthood?

Most funding for Planned Parenthood comes from reimbursements from Medicaid for preventative care. Federal taxes go to preventative care and not to abortions a law called the Hyde Amendment prohibits federal funding for abortions except in cases of rape, incest, or threatens a woman's life. Planned Parenthood provides people with affordable health care and medically accurate sex education programs. There are other things that they do besides abortions, for example, they test for STD's, screening for reproductive cancers, pregnancy services, and prenatal care and other essential health care. I think Planned Parenthood is a great health center because of the great benefits it gives to people of all incomes, without it millions of people will not have an affordable preventative health care plan.
Poll Results from All:

Yes 61%

No 39%

Results from Democrats:

Yes 93&

No 7%

Results from Republicans:

Yes 32%

NO 68%

Article Links: https://www.istandwithpp.org/defund-defined/how-federal-funding-works-planned-parenthood
https://www.istandwithpp.org/defund-defined
