Selena would soon win many hearts across the U.S and Mexico. She would soon be known as the "Queen of Tejano Music." After Selena's death, many emerging artists decided to honor her legacy by grasping the attention from audiences on a national platform with catchy R and B tunes sung in both English and Spanish.
