December 8th is the day of the Virgin. Putting together the Christmas tree is very interesting because we do it once a year. We buy new decorations for the tree. We aalso buy presents for children of the family.

It is advisable to take a lot of cold water. We eat "asado Argentino" with green salad. Then comes the sweet dessert on the table fresh bread, pudding, almonds, walnuts, caramelized candies and ice cream . Also, at twelve o'clock we have apple cider and watch fireworks with our families.

It's a tradition that every December 24th at night, we spend time during this beautiful holiday with our family and loved ones.

When it's 12:00 o'clock on December 25 we do a toast with champagne or cider with our family and then we go outside to watch the fireworks!

Every December 25 at 12:00 you can see in the sky different colors and shapes caused by fireworks :)

This is why it's normal to see fireworks stalls in the streets. Children's throw fosforitos, flares or play with estrellitas; adults drink cider and throw fireworks or small balloons. It's really beautiful! These festivities are filled with reconciliations and happiness in the air.

Jesus was born in a manger in the City of Bethlehem, to revive and represent it, people in Argentina builds copies of the scene. They can be big representations with giant figures, made of ceramics and wood (this kind of mangers are in cathedrals), or small, decorated with tiny lights, candles, etc, we have these at home, and we build them on December 8.
