We aren’t always happy and joyful even when society says we are supposed to be. Senior year is supposed to be one of the most joyful times of your teenage years. But, my senior year was one of the worst years of my life. It took me a long time to figure out that it’s okay to not be okay. I want to show people that it’s okay to not be okay. In this picture, I look “okay” but I was hurting deep down. I want to provide a place for students to express themselves and know that they are loved and supported.
