My Personal went bad. I tried to drink 6 bottles of water a day but I could barley drink 2. During the 30 days I focused on doing my homework and working and as soon as I was done I got on my phone. I noticed that I usually do not drink anything until I eat. And after I ate I would just drink some juice. On the day I did get thirsty I would drink water however I could never drink 6 bottles. I was hard to sit there a chug all that water. I feel like I would have been able to drink more water if I had been less stress. I was worried about a lot of stuff juggling school and working. So I don´t think I had enough time to do so.

My wellness goal project has had it up and downs. I have made some progress with drinking water. However I was not completely successful because I did not drink 6 bottles of water everyday. I learned that to be fully hydrated and feel good a lot of water helps. I also learned you have to be very determined and focused when you have a goal. So you can reach it. I learned also I am very forgetful because numerous times during the project I forgot I needed to drink water. One thing I would change is how much pop and juice I bought out. I feel like that really stopped my goal from being successful. I would also change my mindset. So I could take it more seriously. If I could go back and start this project I would not because that's too much work.
