Ehsan also teach how to fill up the  form if someone had do a reservation. After that, I had been responsible to take up call from the customers with En. Ehsan guide. Unfortunately, I had no call for entire day.

The effects from newly updates ads give me a couple of call from the customers that asking about the umrah package. I take the call from the customers quite well with En. Ehsan guide. As I remember En. Ehsan had explained to me about all the available packages, I gladly explained the packages in detail to the customers. I have nothing much to do. I work until the lunch time.During the lunch, the workers made a small farewell event for me and a few other intern that finish their intern this day. I feel glad to do my intern here. The manager said the intern can go home early on their last day. I thanked all of the workers that help me this past ten days. I also thanked En. Ehsan that had been incharge of us, the intern that had no experience in this area at all.
