SOLUTION: do not allow districts to have school choice. It is a modern day way to segregate our schools.

Great DLI Programs/Need for bilingual teachers

We have great DLI programs but largely dependent upon 3rd party providers. We need to create a pipeline of bilingual teachers, tapping into our students who graduate with Seal of Biliteracy. I'm concerned we will lose all the great work we have done to build these amazing programs.

Masters Pay, and Achievement bonuses because I feel like those things are a given. I do think the State can highlight teachers monthly per district vs once a year as well as recognize great programs at schools with commercials/social media.
And put Mentor pay back for Mentors :)
