Specific: Read the Bible everyday

Measurable: 20 minutes

Attainable: If I don't waste time on my phone, I could be doing better things.

Relevant: My relationship with Jehovah will strengthen.

Time: December 1st, 2024

By May 2026 I will graduate from Lone star with my associates degree as an occupational therapy assistant.

Specific: Graduate from Lone Star

Attainable: If I keep on my work and as one of my priorities.

Relevant: I will have a degree under my belt so it will make it easier to get a job in the field I want to go into.

Time: May 2027

Based on the smarter measure assessment results and suggestions, I have a time management problem.

My plan is:

Plan out my week on my calendar in writing so I know what all I have to do with my time.
I'm going to prioritize what's most important
I'm going to limit my free time and cut my hours of work because that is affecting how late I get my work done

Based on the smarter Measure assessment results and suggestions, I'm not that comfortable asking for help.

My plan is:

To practice asking my professors for help even when I don't want to.
Keep in mind that they are there to help me and ask even if I think it's a stupid question.
Learn from past experiences when i reached out for help and it benefited me.
Think of the phrase "You'll never know unless you ask."
