It could not be appeared 25 years ago.&nbsp;<br>3. Because it is naturally low in calories and you are encouraged to eat whenever you are hungry, the cavemen diet is an appealing weight-loss program. People with gluten intolerance or celiac disease, on the other hand, are likely to gravitate toward paleolithic food.<br>4. Because David Jenkins is a professor of nutritional sciences at the University of Toronto and Canada Research Chair in Nutrition and Metabolism and he is really well-known in Canada, so the author can easily prove his point of view.&nbsp;<br>5. Those diets are suitable for everyone, especially for people who want to change their habits in eating. Besides, people who do not enjoy those diets may suspect about the reliable of those.<br>6.Personally, paleodiet is a healthy and fit diet, I won't be happy to follow it because I'm a lazy veggie but I will try it to help my health and body day by day better.</div>]]></description>

In this case, following a paleo diet is promised to help us lose weight or maintain a healthy weight, and the results include better appetite control and better blood pressure control.
