Open the Excel file and click on the 'Pupils Report' tab

Press Alt+F11 to open the VBA Editor

On the top left click Insert -> Module

A blank code window will appear. Copy+Paste the code into it.

NOTE: Change "totalPages = XX" to match the size of your class

Press Ctrl+S to save

With your cursor in the code window press F5

In the top right of your class Teams, click the drop down next to 'Meet Now' and select "Schedule a Meeting"

Adjust the timing (and name the meeting if you wish).

• Toggle the option 'Send Personal Invites' to ON

• On the right, toggle the option 'Record and transcribe automatically' to ON

For more advanced options e.g. removing permissions from students, click 'More Options' on the right.

Recommended settings:

• Who Can Bypass the Lobby?

  If you change this to "Only Organizers and Co-Organizers" then students will join a waiting lobby, and will need to be 'admitted'. Else keep it as "People in My Organisation + Guests"

• Who Can Admit?

  "Organizers and Co-Organizers" will prevent students from admitting others

• Who Can Present?

  "Only Organizers and Co-Organizers" unless you want students to present

• Allow Reactions

  Toggle this OFF if you do not want students using reactions
