         <title>Have faith in yourself</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>It is not always easy to believe in yourself, especially when adversity is against you.  But believing in yourself, even when others don't, is one of the most powerful forms of self-love.<br><br> Learning to believe in yourself with unstoppable, unshakable faith is a skill.  And the good news is that it is a skill that can be cultivated and developed. <br><br>Confidence or self-confidence implies feeling confident about yourself and your talent, not in an arrogant way, but in a realistic way.  This security does not mean feeling superior to others.  It is about knowing, internally and with serenity, that you are a capable person.<br><br>Believe that you can do whatever you want to achieve it.  Believe that you have the skills and abilities to do something great, and if you don't possess those things, believe that you are capable of developing them so that you can get to work.<br><br> Creative work requires little leaps of faith every day.  If you are struggling to continue to put your belief in something, without any proof that it will work, that it is good, or that it is even real, I want to share a letter that I wrote.<br><br></div>]]></description>
