He was the first one to show that people of color can play the same and are equal at sports. Most people were mad and protested but others thought it was a great dream and idea. Jackie Robinson was one of the only MlB players to go to college which helped him and showed them that colored people can get the same education as others.</strong></div><div><br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

Jackie fought for equality and suffered loads of criticism and verbal abuse for being the only colored baseball player in the MLB at the time.He was very brave to be the first to take up on this challenge and the fear of being hurt or his family getting hurt just for being a colored person in this time period must have been a tough fear to overcome.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
