The treatment modalities Amber Parris Lamberth employs focus on improving holistic health by addressing each person’s cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and relational needs. They include prolonged exposure, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Patrick Carnes’ 30 Tasks of Recovery Model, a treatment modality that involves stabilization, personal recovery, and family recovery tasks that are completed over the course of several years. Amber Parris Lamberth began her career as a therapist at Magnolia Creek Treatment Center for Eating Disorders. She served at this Chelsea, Alabama, facility for nearly three years while earning her master’s degree in social work from The University of Alabama.
