About five years ago I used to practice a lot of excercises, such as yoga, running and sometimes I used to go to the gym, but after the pandemic I stopped to do all excercise.

To begin with I had headache almost all the week, I couldn`t sleep well and I had constant back pain. My life changed on bad way. I suffered a lot of stress.

After that I changed my mindset and I started to practice yoga again three times a week and to play basketball, one year ago. On weekends I started running at mornings, but I didn`t used to be consistent in my practice.

At first I could only run 10 minutes and the rest time I walked. The next two weeks I started to run 30 minutes. After while I no longer have back pain or sleeping problems. I began to feel with strong muscles and much better. In the end I was able to go 7 km very easy and fast and I feel capable to participe with other runners.
