RULE OF THIEVES
Government uses it's power to steal from the people to enrich themselves.
- government by the wealthy, for the wealthy
- stealing from the people (mostly poor)

How is the theft done?
Money can be gained through 
- Embezzlement
    - government using funds for their own benefit.
- Bribery
- Misappropriation of public funds.
   - government using money meant for the public for themselves

Money is then transferred to secret foreign bank accounts through intricate money laundering networks.
