There are many teacher actions that support Tier 1 instruction. For instance, writing strong lesson plans and executing those lessons in the classroom environment. Modeling also supports strong Tier 1 instruction. Students will be able to learn more effectively by seeing an example of what they are supposed to do for a lesson. Posting clear objectives in the classroom for adults to know what the students are learning and making the objectives appropriate for students to follow.
