Say: "There are many different kinds of primary sources, including: first-person accounts, documents, physical artifacts, scientific data that has been collected but not interpreted, and face-to-face mentors with specific knowledge or expertise".

Mean: The reason I chose this quote is because of the phrase "not interpreted" that caught my attention because it shows that primary sources are not able to give their opinion when passing on information to secondary sources. So when looking for primary sources make sure they do not have "I believe" or "in my opinion".

Matter: This matters in life because if you have to find information on a topic you have never heard of you want to get information from a primary source. Why? because if you get the information from a secondary source it could have opinions and false artifacts causing your opinions to be altered.

This article is biased and a secondary source, because the paper has sources at the bottom.

Matters: This matters, because the article teaches me about what a primary source is and helps people to recognize a primary source in real life, because it would not be biased. Secondary sources matter, because you need to know you are reading one to find a primary source. Such as the article, it is a secondary source. The primary source came from the websites listed at the bottom. The article claims, "Students realize that history exists through interpretation that reflects the view points and biases of those doing the interpreting". This tells me that this is biased, because not all students will go through this experience.
