      <description>Over the course of her career, Brooke Bowers Waskey has combined artistic talents and vision with the ability to run an independent business. She founded her own photography studio in San Ramon, California, in 2007, and since that time, she has not only served as photographer but has also led all of the studio&#39;s marketing and sales efforts. Specializing in senior and family photographs, Brooke Bowers Waskey has developed a reputation for the skillful use of natural light and outdoor settings.

Brooke Waskey pursued her professional training at the Brooks Institute of Photography in Montecito, California. She enrolled there after having excelled as a student photographer at Los Altos High School, where she distinguished herself as a three-time “art student of the month” in photography. Also a varsity softball player, she served as a member of the school&#39;s Central Coast Section championship team.

She remains an avid athlete and a recreational baseball player. She also enjoys hiking and attending charitable events sponsored by the March of Dimes, to which she donates in honor of her prematurely born daughter. </description>

Working out regularly can provide increased quality of life in the area of mental health, as well.<br><br>Each time you exercise, the body releases a chemical called norepinephrine, which helps manage stress levels.
