         <description><![CDATA[<p>Q1 - False. They are denatured not killed.</p><p>Q2 - True.</p><p>Q3 - False. They are inactive at low temperatures, but they may not denature.</p><p>Q4 - False. The rate of reaction decreases with time as substrate molecules are being used up, not enzymes. </p><p>Q5 - False. Some enzymes function by induced-fit.</p><p>Q6 - True.</p><p>Q7 - True.</p><p>Q8 - False. Enzymes remain chemically unchanged.</p><p>Q9 - False. Not all follow this nomenclature. The enzyme in the stomach that digests proteins is called Pepsin.</p><p>Q10 - True. (Take note, it is true they can still occur, but they will be so slow that the reactions cannot sustain life.)</p>]]></description>
