I am Tre' and this is my own art world and i welcome you to it. My art works that I've made in the past has been well rounded by making different forms of art ,but I really like to make functional cups and jar take second place. I have always liked color ,but not all of them are my favorites , my favorite color is red. Red is my favorite because of how bright and sparkling it can be along with what it can symbolize to everyone. it's what makes me happy on the inside when i see it , or make my own color. In the art work your about to read about and see will mostly functional pieces and i hope they make you want to make your own and use it for what ever you want because it's your art that was made by your creative mind

Description:
In this piece I used high-fire clay and started with the body and found it to be very difficult for what I wanted to get. Next was the laid made on the same day , I had to measure the circumference of the lip and make it so that the lid would fit nice and snug. Next was the spout to make which for me was the easiest part to do besides the handle. Finally it was fired then glazed with ord green on the outside and fat black on the inside.
What I like most about this world be the form of the artwork as a whole. I dislike how I angled the spout and wished it was in a curve. If I could do this again I would make the body bigger and the knod on the lid.

The 2 Jars of sugar & sweets

Description:
These two jars are as a set art work the are meant to be different but have a few similarities. First I started with the body for both and gave on with curves and etched the surface of the other. I forgot to add a knod to both lids and it was to late when I realized it. I gave the curved jar a flat foot and the other a raised one. Finaly Finally was to glaze them and I did three glazeson the outside of the curved jar and just did orb green for the other.
I like how the glaze of both of them turned out and it was nice and vibrant. I dislike the fact I didn't add a knod fo them and it just looks plain on the top. If I had the chance to do it again I would change the size of one of them.

Jade Dragon

Description:
This dragon was hand -built with low fire clay and took me at least 2 weeks to finish. First i stated with the body and blocked it of and then added the arms & legs. Next came the head and going into detail with the feet , Fingers, and other features on the head such as the horn and fangs. Next was finishing up the tall and putting the scales on and shaping them. Finally was to fire it and use acrylic paint then a clear coat to protect it.
I liked how the scales came out in the end it was very difficult for me to make. Next was that the jaw fell of and it could've had one and make the artwork look more put together. If I had one thing I'd like to change if I did this again would be the tail and the underbelly to make it look cleaner.
