There are collaboration spaces, such as flexible seating. Whole-group learning will have many choices for seating. Students will be able to choose where they work (see elements) using the flexible seating options. The furniture will reflect elements of the outdoors and will require respect and responsibility to use and maintain. The glass walls will be a part of learning, not just teaching. Several walls will be dedicated to collaboration/STEM problem-solving. Additional glass panels will be scattered throughout the learning environment for student response. These panels will have themes that require student participation, such as 'I wonder', 'What's on my mind today', and 'I found this'. This will instill ownership and 'buy-in' for students in this classroom.
