The nationalities that came together to have a Raya lunch in this photo were - Sudanese, Egyptian, Vietnamese, Malaysians (Malay, Chinese, Indian, Chindian) etc. No one cared about Race, Religion, Nationality, Skin color, etc. We just got together, have a laugh and enjoy food as a family of humans. <3

All of you didn't know this. Not many know to be honest! I have two moms and we are one big happy family. My father is the one in middle wearing the white 'kopiah'. The one wearing green hijab on the left is my biological mom and the one wearing black hijab on the right is my stepmom (2nd wife). I have 7+ 4 siblings.7I'm the second eldest son. 7 from my mom side (I have 5 younger siblings here) and 4 from my stepmom side, 2 of them is my beloved step brother and sister and another 2 is my half-blood siblings.

How do I even begin to write our Raya story?

I can’t find the exact 1 word to sum up my Raya this year.
.
It was indescribable.
Amazing-Content-Joyful-and of course CHAOS!.
.
As most of us called it 'Hurry Raya' or 'Tiba-tiba Raya'
Chaos, yes. But full of excitement!
.
I don’t recall when was the last time I felt this kind of excitement to celebrate Raya as an adult. HAHA.
.
The panic buying, people queuing to buy items for Raya’s dishes and all.
The stay up all night to cook, decorate the house, fill up our kuih raya jars, etc.
.
We did Raya visit from Terengganu-Kuantan-Johor-Melaka-N9-Selangor-Perak (we went all out this year!)
.
And I am here, still recovering from all those Raya tiredness and awesomeness! LOL
.
