Formative self assessments, classroom conference times with students, peer coaching times, partner work, and reflection, are all a part of our on-going assessments. Teams share information at various times with the class as a whole group reflection. 

Games and group activities that encourage share time are used and fun for all. I can walk around and hear the conversations and then they share with the team.
