         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>I use writing samples from different levels and different times to have students refer to in student binders. Formative self assessments, classroom conference times with students, peer coaching times, partner work, and reflection, are all a part of our on-going assessments. Teams share information at various times with the class as a whole group reflection.&nbsp;</strong></div><div><strong>Games and group activities that encourage share time are used and fun for all. I can walk around and hear the conversations and then they share with the team.&nbsp;</strong></div>]]></description>
