I would say young people because young people missed out on some of their prime time for making friends such as college and and secondary school and also had the stress of exams without support from others in person

I don’t think it’s necessarily the age group affected the most but it was quite impactful coming from 2 years of lockdown during sixth form to being at Uni, having not gone out much or seen people, and hadn’t aged mentally so was a big jump!
