  • 4 hours- Snack box 
  • 5 hours-Prize Box pull 
  • 10 hours-Homework pass/10min brain break pass 
  • 20 hours-Choose seat
My goal is to increase productivity in class and minimize phone usage.I am also hoping that as a result of less phones in class, a stronger connection will get built between myself,the teacher and the students.The prize box will include various prizes such as candy,passes from having to enter homework in the computer etc.I also plan on implementing technology into my class with Kahoot based on vocab and formatting.

Learning Target:Today I will identify angles either Complementary or supplementary

So that I can :Show my teacher an exit pass with the correct answer 

I ́ll know Ive got it when: I can exemplify the steps and procedures to identifying supplementary and complementary angles  

Materials:Notebook,pencil,highlighter and a 180 protractor

Vocabs: Supplementary,Complementary

Intro set:



Direct lesson:
  1. Pass out fill in the blank note page.
  2. Have students follow a 10 min powerpoint going along with the lesson.
  3. Question and answer time to clarify the notes.
  4. Go Over 3 example questions as a class
Independent Practice:Students will do a homework assignment that they are being given class time for.There will also be an exit problem for the students to complete in the last 15 min of class

Daily Assessment: I will know my students understood the lesson based on the homework completion from the night prior and from the results of the  exit ticket at the end of class.

1.Hand out different materials to each student 
2.Let them see what different sounds there instrument makes 
3.In small groups (one of each instrument) teach the students how to play them more efficiently

Daily assessment will know they've improved when I see them practicing in music class
