Since 2015, Philip Vinogradov has served as director of technology and innovation at Upper Dublin School District in Maple Glen, Pennsylvania, where he led a district-wide K-12 digital transformation that involved the implementation of new classroom and infrastructure technology. Previously, Mr. Vinogradov spent a decade as a lead science teacher and an instructional technology specialist with Centennial School District, developing programs for a planetarium and a 21st Century Learning Lab.
