      <description>An experienced Pennsylvania educator, Philip VInogradov focuses on helping students develop 21st century learning skills that will prepare them for success in a quickly changing technological world. Since 2015, Philip Vinogradov has served as director of technology and innovation at Upper Dublin School District in Maple Glen, Pennsylvania, where he led a district-wide K-12 digital transformation that involved the implementation of new classroom and infrastructure technology.

Previously, Mr. Vinogradov spent a decade as a lead science teacher and an instructional technology specialist with Centennial School District, developing programs for a planetarium and a 21st Century Learning Lab. He has also participated as a master teacher at the Genetic Science Learning Center at the University of Utah and at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.

Mr. Vinogradov earned a bachelor of science in biology from Clark University and a master of science in wildlife biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition to a teaching certification from Arcadia College, he holds several certifications related to technology in education, including credentials as a Microsoft Innovative Educator and a Google Certified Innovator.</description>
