         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.) The Ssauce for the Eggs Benedict looked chunky, yet it had a distinct flavor. Yet it brought everything together giving it an amazing flavor. 2.) The strengths of our lab were that we had everyone working on something different. Having the work done efficiently. 3.) We thought we knew what we were doing at times but in reality we didn’t know if we were doing it properly and kept asking questions. What should have been done differently was we could have asked before hand if we were doing the lab correctly. 4.) In my opinion I would have added avocado, cheese and spinach, for more flavor. 5.) I learned how to poach an egg and how to make a flavorful sauce. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.) The egg Benedict had a rich, creamy taste. Although the sauce came out a bit chunky it had a very rich flavor giving the egg Benedict a great flavor. 2.) The strengths my group had was that each person was working on something which helped us finish on time. 3.) The weakness we had was that not everybody knew what we were supposed to do and were a bit confused with the instructions. 4.) I would add some cheese, avocado, and more cilantro to make it have a bit more of flavor. <br>5.) I learned to use the time we have efficiently, to communicate as a group better, pay more attention to the instructions we are given, put a lot of effort on our work, and be patients with each other.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) the eggs Benedict had an eccentric taste. The hollandaise sauce gave the egg a really exquisite taste. 2) our group strengths was that we had good communication, we all got along. And we helped eachother when we needed it. 3) I believe our only weakness was that we 3 didn't really know how to cook. But aside from that. Not really any weaknesses. 4) i would add pork bacon instead. Maybe avocados. Maybe Valentina. Or some tapatio. 5) i learned how to poach, how to make good sauce. I also learned how to work well with teammates even when youre at a disadvantage with only 3.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) The eggs had a little bit of vinegar in them due to the process of poaching them.  The English muffin was crunchy and toasty.  The sauce tasted smooth. 2) The strengths were that we used communications while making the eggs and sauce, and asked each other questions. 3) The one weakness was that we need to be louder and clearer to each other. 4) I would use cream for the butter, sausage for a topping on the sauce, and potato slices between the bacon and egg. 5) I learned on how to use time wisely, being patient, communicate better, read the instructions carefully, and trying my best.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) it was cheesey ,it taste very eccentric it also had this rich sweet flavor to it .2)my group strengths 💪was that ,everyone had help out with each other.And are eggs 🥚 Benedict came out perfect we did a great job at making it. 3) Our weakness was,we was manage to keep the eggs from getting scramble , and another weakeness was trying to keep our sauce from being gumpy. 4) I would add ,cheese ,🧀basil, turkey bacon 🥓 bites🅿️<br>5) frying the ham 🥩🍖,poaching the 🍳, add things to the holldainse sauce,🍲 ,cracking 🥚 <br><br></div>]]></description>

I might have added a lil less of the holladanse sauce to the egg Benedict because I feel like it took of the actual taste of the eggs. <br>3.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1) I didn’t get to try it. 2) I think that a weakness of my group was that since we were missing a person from our group the dishes took a while to get done. 3) A strength was that we adjusted to the amount of people we had in our group so we all worked together and helped each other out. I would have wanted us to communicate a little bit more and work as a team. 4) The 3 things I would add is cream cheese on the muffin, hash browns, and a sausage on top. 5) I learned <br>how to make the hollindaise sacase, be more patient, follow instructions carefully, how to communicate with one less member, and adjust to the amount of people that are in my group. </div>]]></description>
