Like the idea of another special (STEAM, group guidance lessons-lesson rotation/activity with counselors).

Before/After school: Tough for special ed teachers who have IEP meetings, and teachers who are involved in a lot of committees and already committed to many meetings as well as parents who have before and after childcare obligations. 

Are there any other school with our size who have functioning PLCs?  Could we look into this to see when they run their PLCs?

*idea was shared to make student start time at 8:40 instead of 8:30, and we could meet from 8-8:30

*early dismissal 2 times per month (ie:// 1st Tuesday and 4th Thursday of the month)
*would like a modified schedule on 2 hour late start days (so we aren't missing the same thing each time--- each class is cut by 20 minutes or something like that).
