For business or sales guys, stop doing operational tasks themselves and let operations team take the lead and trust them

Avoid involving too many people in too many discussions.. Should identify and add only relevant people in discussions.

Subtract negativity and imbibe positivity

Stop doing unimportant and not so urgent tasks first, build habit of even recognizing them

Avoid blame game and learn and encourage constructive criticism.

Avoid procrastination.

Avoid reacting and better respond

Apologizing for the delay, but rather respond on time with the expected TAT for the response/ closure

Not thinking from others point of view before setting priority or before providing solution

Not looking at Quality of the task before closing it

Stop focussing on all the tasks at the same time

First plan the tasks & take up the activities

Dont interfere on irrelevant tasks

Stop blaming others

Reply to all mails immediately with timeline

Be upfront in any issues or delays
