I just turn my phone off even if I wasn't tired, but I am used to going to bed now. It just gets easier!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As a person who normally gets 4 or less hours of sleep a day, I understand the struggle. What has helped me is managing my time religiously and ridding myself of time wasters like video games, reading unnecessary books (unfortunately), getting rid of instagram and limiting snapchat. I have also made use of the app Sleepcycle. The first week is free but after that it costs 30 dollars for the year. What this app does is that it tracks your sleep cycles with movement and breathing and then wakes you up when you are in your lightest sleep cycle which has helped me immensely.  It also tracks sleep quality and other stats that some people like to see. I use it for the wonderful alarm. I drink chamomile tea when I want to sleep. Also i feel that really intense workouts like distance running combined with sprints, weightlifting etc helps with sleeping. it will focus you just enough for the time you need to do your coursework, study, work etc. and you'll be exhausted by 10:30ish depending on when you do it and who you are. I use caffeine religiously now so I no longer get that drowsiness.<br>In conclusion<br>Precise time management<br>Get rid of time wasters<br>Sleepcycle App<br>Chamomile Tea<br>Intense Workouts daily<br><br>-BK<br><br></div>]]></description>
