FlipGrid is available online and via an app. It allows students to post responses in the form of short videos.

I've had students use Adobe Spark to create content, such as:
-book covers (when reading a chapter book as a class)
-tourist videos (when studying ancient Rome)

I haven't utilized Adobe Spark with my 7th and 8th graders yet, but I highly recommend you give it a whirl.
